Start – Control Panel
Click on – User Accounts and Family Safety
Click on Mail
Click on Show Profiles
Click on ADD – Choose a Friendly Profile Name
Enter – Name – Email Address – Email Password
Choose Next
Choose finish
Now choose the new profile to be used
Now Close and Open Outlook

as per your 2nd last instructions on how to create outlook profile, there is a problem connecting to the server on the 2nd green tick and I cannot finish/complete this process
